Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Silent Flame purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and unlit
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Eligible reasons for a return:

  • Damaged item
  • Incorrect item received
  • Lost Parcel
  • Change of mind (item must be in original condition)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Damaged Items
If your candle arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
You can choose a refund or a replacement.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for funds to appear in your account from the day the refund is processed.

Non-returnable items:

  • Used or burned candles
  • Items not in original condition
  • Items returned after the 14-day window
